| The company NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik has developed the CHOCOEASY™ modules (patent pending) in cooperation with a chocolate manufacturer. CHOCOEASY™ stands for a new, innovative manufacturing process for chocolate. The conventional process steps dry and wet conching, known from classic production methods, are integrated in the CHOCOEASY™ manufacturing process. For fine grinding of the chocolate NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik uses a purpose-built agitator bead mill instead of a conventional 5 roll mill. The result is a very close particle size distribution. Moreover, the compact plant offers easy operation and simple process control. CHOCOEASY™ is offered in six different sizes. For example, with the CHOCOEASY™ 300 batches ranging from 150 - 300 kg can be produced whereas with the CHOCOEASY™ 6000-II a production capacity of up to 24 tons per day is obtainable. |
